She’s right about that “my hair gets a lot less oily at the roots when it’s bleached” true dat. I had super oily hair and then I bleached it, solved all my oily issues. But created some other issues though, like dryness.
This!!! I used to have to use dandruff products just to get my hair less oily, dying my hair has allowed it to behave and actually feel soft without feeling dirty. (Unless I bleach it to death but that's a whole other story).
Me too! I have a lot of fine hair, so it would get really oily really fast. Volume was there and then gone... With bleached hair there are lots of other things going on, but not oily and volume is not a problem.

I use all of those Olaplex products and the styling ones, number 6 and 7, Olaplex has saved my hair! Even though I do the treatment once a month still avoids the breakage and it feels so much healthier. You will love them ❤️ And that 4 IN 1 ufff... chef's kiss!
Hey! I really love Oribe products very much. They’re a luxury line so they’re a little expensive, however, I feel like they really make a difference. The smell is INCREDIBLE. All my clients are obsessed. A little goes a long way with their products. They’re paraben, phthalate free, cruelty free, sulfate free, etc. You would LOVE the gold lust and bright blonde line. I’m a very faithful watcher and given your hair journey, I would suggest the Gold Lust Transformative Masque. It’s a restorative and moisturizing masque. I shampoo and then apply it for 20 minutes in my hair and then I rinse and my hair feels amazing. I would also checkout the general bright blonde line for your current hair, however I know you’ll be dying your hair soon so I would suggest their beautiful color line. I would highly recommend you try out the L’Oréal PH balanced line, I started using it after seeing your Redken video and it’s seriously a game changer It’s SOOO much more affordable as well.

I’ve been using the redken line for a couple weeks because of your video and incorporated k18 into my routine and my hair is absolutely transformed 😁 it was severely breaking off from a protein treatment and bleach and these products saved my hair and it isn’t breaking off like it was anymore. I’ll be doing my roots tomorrow and your videos are such a big help with that too! Personal experience olaplex has never helped repair or prevent any damage for me, including 1 and 2 😩 but that’s ok cuz k18 and redkens acidic bonding are so amazing ✨
My routine at night is; going to bed, check if you have a new video (because you upload it at night in Europe) and then fall a sleep while watching you 😁😁😁 just love your videos so much!
I definitely love Xmondo hair care and my favorite is the hydromania spray (I need to buy more because I’m out🥺) but it was funny that you were talking about the Redken line as I was using the leave in conditioner. Hi girl love your content 🖤 just a massive tip from me that might help you, growing up I always wore extensions, Clip ins and sow ins, silly me did I realise that these were the reason + bleach of why my hair was breaking off and going so thin… I stopped using these methods as I found the ‘Halo hair extension’ method and it’s a wire that sits on your head and doesn’t cause breakage! Since then I’ve gone black and now don’t even wear extensions because my hair has grown loads!!! I know the struggle of having to go through a thin/breakage hair faze, but thought I’d share my experience cause you don’t really realise that extensions clipped in or sown in are doing your hair way more damage than you think xxx
Have you consider comparing the Ever Pure Glossing line (shampoo, Acidic glaze, conditioner) to the Redken PH line you are currently using? I wonder if they are comparable. They are super cheap and I started using them based on the feedback you gave about Redken and L'Oreal being similar. You hair looks beautiful 😍
I cannot agree with you more about xmondo products...I love everything I have tried from xmondo and I love how it smells! I have a list of things I need to buy from them, and I've tried a lot of the products you recommend and I love them all!! Keep doing what you do! 💗😊
Great video! Your hair looks amazing and I love that you keep it looking like you want reg color ++ and have found products that actually help, instead of stopping. Some of us really need advice on products that actually help without stopping all the fun stuff we do to our hair :)
Redken just came out with a new pre-shampoo Acidic Bonding Concentrate Intensive Treatment which I’ve been using recently, and it’s pretty nice. Retails for $30. And I know this sounds really weird, but I would love to send you the whole professional Redken Acidic Bonding Concentrate treatment line for you to try because I think your hair would really benefit from it. I do have a license. I know you can probably get it yourself since you are licensed as well, but just as a “thank you for your wonderful content” kind of gift.
I was using olaplex like crazy for over a year but due to money I had to switch to something else...soo many shampoos and conditioners left my hair feeling disgusting finally tried hair food and it's awesome...and I tried aphogee amazing stuff
Watch out for olaplex ! They have articles out on it and infertility is that is something important to you ! I don't want kids ever so ima keep using my supply 👌🤣🤣 much love ❤️
My favorite hair care products right now are DESIGNME. I love it so much. It’s completely changed my hair. It’s a great product IMO. Also I use olaplex 0 and 3 like once every 2 weeks and it does make a huge difference !
I saw so many videos on how heat protection sprays or products don't even work. What's your thoughts? Do you think this spray actually helps soften the hair when straightening or curling? Doesn't cause any weird smell?
when you run out of olaplex can you try creme of nature plex line from sallys. they currently have a preshampoo treatment shampoo and conditioner. im a sallys asm and think they really compare but are much less expensive
Hey Aislinn. I wanted to ask you about the redken line as you are a pro and I am not at all. I bought the concentrate and noticed that it's pretty much just a conditioner + citric acid at a 14% volume via the ingredients. Based on the shampoo and conditioner, it seems to be just basic shampoo and conditioner with varying amounts of citric acid as well. If I'm not mistaken, you can easily (and much more cheaply) mix these up yourself at home. Maybe I'm mistaken, again I am not a pro, I just didn't see any "standout" ingredients in these, minus the % of citric acid, that would have any effect on hair condition.
Have you tried the L'oreal 8 second water? I'm wondering if it's like your pH sealer. It's affordable, and it's used in between shampoo and conditioner as well.
I also bleach my hair but redken acidic leave-in is not my fave tbh, I hate them and their smell...diff type of hair I guess but I agree 100% I gravitate to l'oreal product and K18...altho I use fanola shampoos because they are ph balanced and they tone my hair and they are a great quality for my bucks.... and I would love to try Xmondo hair products, not sure if they released in UK 🤔 😅
