I really want to thank you guys for driving me around Trinidad. Showing me the beautiful Caribbean country ❤ which I was born. Beautiful people you and your wife and the babies. When I watch you guys video i feel like I am right there but the Trinidad life is soooooo different from the Canada life but all and all much thanks f making the videos. It's something that makes us Canadiens get out of our COLD and feel like we are in the warm 😂😂 as you know Canada is very COLD. So watching you guys is a blessing its almost like we are right there. My fav macaroni pie and stew fish. I’ve missed watching for a short bit. Noah had a stomach virus and little cold. Nothing major but you know how baby’s are when they are not feeling well. I’m glad to finally catch up on what I missed. And now I’m hungry watching all this good yummy food

The food look delicious but it is steam fish, not stew fish, anything stew is using some sort of browning, this was an issue with our lecturer attending a culinary school, she always correct students when they say stew fish, please don't take it offensive. Thanks in advance
Even if I did not use some sort of browning, it would have been boiled fish and not steamed but I did caramelise some sugar for the browning process. We have been cooking a very long time now and we also have our own restaurant where we use our very own recipes, however we do appreciate your comment 💞🙏🏽
