This is very soft, spongy and delicious custard cake. this is very simple to make with very few ingredients at home. do try this super simple recipe and share your comments.
INGREDIENTS :
Maida/ Refined flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - ¼ tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Custard powder - 3 tbsp
Eggs - 3
Sugar - ½ cup
Oil - ½ cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Bake this cake in oven at 250 degree celcius for 25 mins or else in a Pressure cooker on medium flame for 40-45 mins.
