We had a great time exploring around Custer State Park just south of Rapid City in South Dakota.
There isn't a lot of talking or walking in this video because you can see all of these beautiful views from the comfort of your vehicle. Enjoy this drive through our wonderful state park here in the Black Hills.
*Pro tip... if you want to drive the Needles Highway for beautiful view, make sure you don't drive an oversized vehicle because it won't fit!! :)

Annual pass 30$ wow.. that is a great price. Rock climbing wall looks cool . Learning the history great too. Wildlife loop road.. is sooooo cool. .. the variety of wildlife is incredible.

The wildlife really is incredible and because they’re so close to the roads you can almost always see them... especially if you stop at the visitor’s center first to find out their location.

There are certain times where the road is packed and everyone pulls over for pics, and then sometimes it is empty... it’s beautiful either way 😁😁

I love how lush and green everything is. There sure was a lot of people at the Needles Eye Tunnel. Yikes! Those people in the tunnel.

They scared me! Haha 😂 We try to go when it isn’t peak tourist season, but we had visitors and they wanted to go, so we ended up there with everyone else...

The interactive education and info centre is awesome. Wow! Those carved out tunnels are amazing as is the beautiful scenery. Amazing. Loved the wildlife too and those donkeys are so tame. A great travel vlog, thank you for taking us along on your journey.

Worked there in early 80’s at the State Game Lodge it was the best summer ever! I love it there!

What a COOL video! I like the voice overs and have been leaning towards doing that myself in order to get more video on noisey hikes. I like the video footage in the visitor center, too. The continuous slow movement around the displays was a nice touch. WELL DONE!

It makes it nice when you want to know where the herd is... they’re doing the buffalo roundup there this weekend, but it’s going to be freezing, so we’re staying in the warm house! 😁😁

Drove through there a few years ago. It is a beautiful drive! kind of like Yellowstone with people parking in the middle of the road to take photos... Not a road to travel if you just want to keep moving.. LOL

You just about got me loading up the car and heading to South Dakota. The annual pass, is it for just for Custer Park or all SD State Parks?

It’s only for Custer, but that’s the most expensive park in the state. Bear Butte is not far away (near Sturgis), and I think it’s only $6... we are going there soon to hike and make a video of that state park.
