Built my catrike road rear suspension tadpol with bbso2 and a 17amh battery bought here about a year ago. Its an absolute blast, with about 1300 miles on the clock wish I had more time to ride. Johnney is right not just for old people (I'm 70) try one on you may never go back.

I saw an older couple riding e-trikes last summer. Bafang motors, dual batteries, mounted down low just like this one with one on each side. I’d imagine they could ride quite a ways with that much battery.

I'd love to see a minimal build with a Tongsheng tsdz2 , small VLCD-6 display, on a bike like the priority L-Train that has a gates belt drive and a Nexus 7 spd IGH.

👍 very cool trike & build 👍. .For some reason snooty velomobile guys really get their cross dressing panties in a wad. Whenever I mention putting a 750w mid drive kit into a velomobile, for yr round alternative transportation.

I'm working on a belt kit for my Fat Tad. :-) Tired of the silt destroying my fun. Dirt is a thing, sand is a thing, silt is another thing entirely and Halloweentown is FULL of it.

When are we going to learn more about the toseven moters, I'm very interested but I want to get your opinion on them 1st .

Gear shift sensors are unnecessary. Just pedal backwards or pull the brake slightly . Works better.

What happens if you use a front derailleur with hub motor? Does it give the hub a second gear? Or just the pedaller?

I like recumbent bikes where you sit up more, I think people look absolutely ridiculous on the low sit back recumbent bikes!

How does Rohloff compare to the Enviolo?
