Thanks for the video and link. I was having fits trying to find a 3.5" mounting bracket for tweeters. I'm looking in to a component set for my 91 hatch, always been a JL guy but Crutchfield is saying their components won't fit. Even the pair you have, it says the 6.5s won't fit in the door. Did you have any issues with it? How did you make it work? I tried to find other videos where you might have installed them but I couldn't find it. Thanks again!

It was a very tight fit for the door almost hit the the power window motor, took some tine to custom make a bracket and even then could only fit 3 out 4 screws due to the window regulator. Definitely drop down one size for a much easier install

5.25 would be a much easier install, but your mid bass will definitely be less

Man I wish I could have kept this project going on camera, but the demand was not there.... If you are stuck I could definitely help you out but I don't forsee me making anymore videos.

@@robertvillarreal3519 oh I actually did explain that in this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KUL9Eu8OIwE.html I used the factory wiring and amplified the OEM wires. That video is really good in my opinion and should help you out.
