Hi from Luxembourg. I found your channel by accident but i really have to say that i love the stuff you are working on. Keep on building! :) Btw, a car is not a soccer ball, so don't try to top it again ;)
Loving your build, wish I had your workshop space!, I think my 20ft x 10ft timber garage days are numbered!, Keep up the aspiring videos, hope the head is ok🤕😊👍
Great stuff, saw your post on the FB Subaru swap group and got so much love for this build as it's my dream combo. Wish I had your welding skills and workshop space so I could crack on with my own stalled VW T2 Subaru install! Looking forward to see how this develops.
@@rennch. I've fabbed non affixed clamp plates (small tabs with the correct size hole) for clecos to pick up on the back side in many instances, cam locks are also an option but quite pricy. I've been able to get tight butt joints as well with this method, but that isn't a job for tired clecos.. You got another view from me! I just re-watched it, and there were a couple spots I'd have been able to pull it off but not without patch tabs, doesn't matter though what you did worked just fine.
You are the man, love the video as usual! I'm doing a build as well and all my injuries have been burns from welding! Agh. I have not got hit in the head yet, i'm waiting for that one. Oh, almost forgot last year, I got a piece of metal from grinding in my eye and I was wearing goggles, how does that happen? had to have the optomologist remove it and the rusting occurring around where it penetrated. Now I wear a face shield! Word to the wise.
So disappointed on a Saturday morning that there was only 6:14 of Rennch to start my day with ;-( - although that guitar riff around 1:20 was terrific- who is that? Good tone- almost Two Feet sounding...
