I kind of like the bulk because in death returns and then after the man of tomorrow he's drawn like he's taken in a ton of solar rays. It's somewhat true to the source material but that would just mean I had to find a head sculpt that had the broader more chiseled features to make this Superman more proportioned. Thanks for tuning in though. 😊👍
Yeah I heard there were a lot of people who were disappointed with this figure but honestly all I could see....was potential. Thanks for the comment though And really glad you enjoyed. ✌️😊
@@YEAR-1-RELICS I bought it for Krypto and to do a head swap with another McFarlane Superman figure. I plan to convert the first Dark Knight Superman figure into Bizarro and pose him with this Superman.
@@Pravuss MCFARLANE is also using this body in a Bizarro + Batzarro two pack. I think it will be released sometime this month. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-N0AFgz__ClE.htmlsi=iGd7K-BUnvXyrVdr
I definitely understand. My favorite is the 93 black suit solor Superman but I thought they should have put the mullet away when he returned back to his standard red and Blue. Maybe on 2 more occasions but nothing more.
You changed the chest logo and put the logo on the back. Looks cool! Don’t know where to get a vinyl stickers of the 1940s cartoon Superman logo? The red and black one. I want to get one for the first appearance Superman.
Correct 😁 I also extended the cape on the shoulders and swapped the long mullet hair to another head sculpt. The hands were also replaced and swapped with the original dark night figure hands. Those were closest to the skin tone of the new head sculpt. You have two choices for the back logo. You could either replace the cape with the hush cape that has the black and yellow logo on it or cut out the emblem from the super powers cape Mcfarlane. I only chose the superpowers route to show my ingenuity. Thanks for watching though and appreciate the comments 💯 👍
You got it 👍 I thought it would be cool to use a head sculpt that looks bulkier and fits a little bit better with this body yet still looks somewhat close to the source material.
@@joselitopuzon5620 Yeah I tried to save some of the pale skin so that I could add flesh undertones on the face like flesh colored pastel colors, pink and reds for blush instead to make this blend. I didn't want to oversaturate it with a flat and thick acrylic though. I also took the alternate hands from the original TDKR figure. Those hands aren't painted, they're less dark and was nearly close enough to the head sculpt than the ones in the special edition.
