Couldn't you simply just remove the backpanel so that like it won't possibly damage the components inside?

I'd probably check a disassembly video to make sure you didn't get any paint on the internal heat sinks. If you're lucky you just got some paint on the internal fans. Although in the future it probably would be best to take the switch apart before spray painting it to avoid covering up the heat sinks. Which could cause the system to overheat and die. Nice artwork non the less

Next time you should probably remove the shell, as it will make painting a whole lot easier, not having to worry about the vents or anything. Other than that it’s a pretty cool result aesthetically!

Guys the holes on the back are not vents they are speakers! Makes it slightly less bad but not much

Many people making custom shells ideally take the shell out so it does not damage the electronics inside

I would've at least taken off the back and put some tapes over the vents on the underside if you wanted to show off an intact nintendo switch being painted cause it does actually make it look cooler than spraying the pieces individually.

There is actually 2 vents one for intake and the other is outtake. He just filled the fan with paint and upped the power needed to cool the device by coating the intake area 😂
