Quick vid, was a simple job covered all my bases and finished the job and then after done the costumer changed his mind and what I did to make it all right
It was many years of dealing/reading people and not taking the problems of work home with you and remembering that it’s just a paint job not the end of the world 😊 life moves on
Ever have a customer come back after the job is done, and they either have a scratch or a stone chip in their helmet asking, "How'd this happen?" "How do WE fix this?" Like I'm the one that was riding 100mph and caught a stone chip on the jaw of the helmet. I told him, I could touch it up, it;s going to cost you $XX amount, but re-clearing, it still would be vulnerable to stone chips. It's not bulletproof. I said to him, Take a rock and throw it at your car 90mph, see if it doesn't chip.
yea more when i got started doing this stuff. lot of people wanting to know if i stand behind my work and i would be like yea .... if it peels off or weirdly fades or something like (product problem ) that but if you lay the bike down and the helmet drags across the ground NO and if you sell the bike and want me to paint your new bike no i dont do that for free or a discount because you came back to me ... had a lady at a bike week in SC want a two for one price on helmets i was like no price per helmet she got pissy and stood there for a half hour thinking i would change my mind with a line of people wanting jobs .......... lets just say im never shocked anymore by people
Have one used it quite a bit then had a glitch in the programming system and never got around to fixing it, know some guys that own a sign shop just nice to get out the shop a bit and bs with people …. Feel like I’m in my “cave” shop 24 7
ugh man .... i thought you were just being another internet jerk crapping on me but yea now i see it ugh some times stuff gets by me, i do have some dyslexia get words backwards flip letters around or like this the wrong word altogether it sucks ... i can be looking right at it and still dont see it oh well like the vid ?
