I done this job for 32+ years, first 12 for the RAF, the rest on commercial, business, VIP and VVIP jets. I wouldn't spray polyurethane paints with an air fed half mask at all, you eyes are great organs for absorbing what's in the air, isocyanates, volatile organic compounds, to mention just a couple there. It specifically states on the technical data sheet, TDS, that appliers of polyurethane paints MUST wear a FULL Face airfed mask.

Interesante vid. Tengo un duda: ¿Cuanto pesa toda esa pintura?,... evidentemente la pintura es proteccion, pero supongo que debe de pesar bastante.

Even for 2012, it was boring trim design to put over such a great paint job.

You showed applying first coat of paint to aircraft , is the 2nd coat of paint a clear coat ? .

How come there was no chemical conversion coating applied to the aircraft before the primer?

Does the primer have (CRO) Chrome in it? Is it dangerous or is it inert? I was also wondering how much weight the paint adds to the airplane?

....the most private planes are ugly or boring because there is nothing special !
