I've taken it upon myself to remake the sounds for the '94 Covet again to address a couple of issues (audio quality, VTEC kick rpm etc.) Enjoy! 😁 Get the game here: www.beamng.com/ Get the mod here: www.beamng.com...
Finally found another person after 7 years who knows about granular synthesis! I'd suggest adding some slight white noise and a fundamental boost to reduce the 'buzziness', and maybe repeat 64x with slight pitch variations and reverb.
Very nice realism...the black tar touch ups on the pavement is crazy detail that was done decades ago...but is still around on some canyon/mountain roads...like Mulholland Dr in Ca!
Lol come on.... video games ( along with a few other things) are all ABOUT the graphics. Play Atari then play Xbox/ Playstation and still tell me that.
VVT = Variable Valve Timing VTEC = Variable Valve Timing and Electronic Control Which means the actual camshafts have 2 different "sizes" that are activated by VTEC solenoids. VVT is just changing the timing of the camshafts themself.

@@holdenvtseries2274 and now? This civics most powerful engine Was the 1.6l engine with 160 HP. Keep in mind that is a FWD. This vs a Commodore with a Nissan Straight Six or a V8? + RWD i think? Im glad that you imagine which car would be faster.
Are you downloading the right file? there are multiple files on the page and the one on the first page is the default one. look for the one posted by me
@@SourCrap I have downloaded the 1 on page 5 i belive but the funny thing is the mod only works for me if im in beamnp and in a multiplayer session then i can here the sounds otherwise there are default lol
I downloaded your mod (amazing jbb BTW! I love the attention to detail like Front Double Wishbone Suspension etc) but it doesn't sound at all like this mod (no VTEC). Any clue why?
Well, first of all, Its not my mod, I just added the sounds. Also, you have to download the hotfix by me, not the one on the first page, and also delete the previous version
What motor is in the car? You say Vtec but dont even give the which vtec engine. of course if its the stock vtecc it would be a z6 which doesnt have that hard of a crossover. Now B16's B18c b18C5 would have that hard crossover. But not a SOHC...to me the first is more like what you would hear from that motor. Not sure if your the one doing the modding but i would definantly do the first for a SOHC z6 or y8 civic.
Just the ultra option, metallic paints and SSAO using the photo mode. I've answered this over on my main channel a lot so you're not the first to notice
There are some tutorials and some forum posts on how to make it look like this without mods, but just so you know, do everything he said, press F11 Go to sky and click Sun sky, or just sun sky Go to exposure, set it to 0.3 Go to brightness, set it to 1.25 Go to Texsize and set it to 2048 Go to log-“something” in the same part and set it to 0.987, then close it and make sure you have dynamic lighting on If you close the game because it’s to laggy, don’t press save changes cause it will keep those settings
It actually depends, the only reason it kicks at 5k in this is because the car I took the sound from had it kick at 5k. Please don't get so angry, I'd like to see you try
