What this Kurt Witten is doing is outrageous! With a trail of lawsuits and no results in sight, some people are NOT doing their job, plain and simple. Customers who have been ripped off could try contacting their local MP (which we often forget to call...). I have done this a few times with amazing results! Good luck to all of you :)
Contracting crimes generally skirt by until there are piles of complaints because the contractor can just make excuses and pass blame without any real accountability on their part. Plus they like to vanish with all their money when the heat gets turned up, meaning they can't be served. Rob Wolchek really gets into it and even he has trouble finding them sometimes (and he's good at that).
Each person that has been scammed by that guy should make sure to make a formal complaint with the police in Winnipeg, so that they can clearly document the pattern. This is not a business failure, but a deliberate pattern through many years, many companies. Hopefully, the police will prioritize investigating the matter so that this person stops this behavior.
If s hungry man steals food, the police is called in so many cases. This guy steals and Scans so much money from so many people and he is still not in jail. Disgusting.
He is committing Fraud, this is Not poor business practice as he has Not Provided the Product(s), within the legal time (8-10weeks) and it has been over 1 year, Past Double the amount of time that might possibly be allowed for any type of covid exemption, cost for labor increase, and the cost for the materials. As well he is still taking orders that he cannot fulfil within the agreed upon time. This video provides enough evidence for him to be tested in a court of law and sentenced to jail time, as well as be charged for all the money he took with little to no regards of fulfilling legal requirements presented in this video.
I had a flash thought of that also. You could probably get a small new pool installed for that price. Recyclable should always be cheaper. I think they will inevitably run into rust problems too.
I would just like to know where is the money . Why didn’t they ask that. He took all this money from all these people. What did he do with it? I’m one of these people and it’s not a good feeling. He’s a horrible person.
I'm wondering when he delivered his most recent pool. How many he delivered in 2022. And I don't think I'd be getting any sort of a pool if I lived in Winnipeg.

Same thing happened to me you watch those TV shows of home improvements so you hire one of the contractors that you see thinking that they're legit respectful hell no stay the f*** away that was an Ontario Canada
It seems like he’s a scam artist and in Canadian law he’s getting away with it and using peoples money and nobody gets nothing in return and Canadian law seems like he’s getting away with it. Canadian law is helping him not helping the consumer how jaded is that? Seems like Canadian law helps out the criminal look what he’s doing. A scam arts and the Canadian law is truly not working and Inenpt to put criminal charges to him.
