I think we can do without harassing celebrities for selfies in the new world anyway, who's posting that like people are going to believe they're just buddies with Casey anyway?
Fuzzy Bubbles unless the reason that its dead is because it couldn’t get back into the fresh water because they only go into salt water in winter months then i dont think it is but it definitely looks like one
The fish is an approximately 40 year old sturgeon based on its size, a close relative of sharks (although sturgeon are toothless) and their eggs are harvested for caviar. Wonderful throwback to a prehistoric age.
I can see why people like Casey's videos so much. He's in New York, and the production quality is great. Don't forget the storytelling part! I've watched a lot of his videos recently, and I like 'em a lot.
Casey, The fish is a white sturgeon (they are a protected species). The Hudson is a sturgeon estuary, so you get them swimming up, all the way into the smaller estuaries. It’s the time of year now when they are feeding, eating up all of the spawning fish eggs. I went sturgeon fishing on the Fraser River in British Columbia, and we caught several six footers. They grow up to 13 feet! (Sidenote: I sent you a “best dad ever” T-shirt. It is in an expresspost bubble wrap envelope. Like an idiot, I forgot to include a note. It would make my year if I saw you wearing it in a video :-)
Mike Yu No, we just took a family trip out there. Drove from Whistler to Lillouet. It was a bucket list day! (I made a video about it… The search words with my name and “monster sturgeon on the Fraser River” should bring it up)
Casey - I really want to thank you for you vids, and energy.. You have been such a help to me over the last 2-3 years of me following your content.. Thank you !!
Justin Theroux at Candice’s pop-up shop, hundreds of selfie stalkers and a dead sturgeon floating in the river... you never know what you’ll see in a Casey Neistat vlog. 💪🏼💯
am I the only one that wonders how the charger will cope with rain and random water splashes? not to mention the cable sticking out to the side where the left leg is... looks like it's a major bending risk
My thoughts exactly! I just got my S1 and they stress 'BE CAREFUL with that plug!' cuz if that pin inside the battery terminal bends/breaks from any undue stress, that's a whole new batt. my friend.... (~1/2 the cost of the bike!)
Was thinking the same - even if he just put it in a trash bag or something just to give it that extra protection. It would be much better than leaving it exposed to the elements, especially when the bikes cost as much as they do!
yeah not to mention direct sunlight on a a plastic cable like that will cause it too crack and the risk of damaging the charging port, from catching his leg in it.
That was so cool of you to go out and meet all those people. I love Gabby, she's the best. Justin Theroux just casually at the pop up, no biggie. LOL . Happy for Candice the pop up went well.
Hey +CaseyNeistat, it's nice to see you returning to your roots with more off-the-cuff home style vlogging. Yet also still throwing in a few how-to's. I can imagine launching a whole new paradigm for content creation and maintaining a healthy family life is hard to do. Especially for someone with your drive. Anyway, I just wanted to say I enjoy the variety. Keep up the great work!
Just thought I'd share that caseys videos inspired me to make a youtube channel (centered around physics), and I finally reached my goal of 100 consecutive daily uploads! Cheers guys
Hey Casey, i just found and started watching your video -- i really appreciate your outlook on a lot of things, organization, and dedication to modding. i'm also a big fan of your belkin surge protectors... I've been using 4 in something of a powerboard configuration for about 10 years, great quality.
I'm not sure which is worse. Your scenario with 24/7 non-stop construction. Or how it is here in Texas where they have 800 different construction projects started, work on them for 5 months and then stop entirely for the rest of the year. Just miles of lane closures, abandoned construction equipment, orange barrels everywhere you look.
Greetings fellow Texan. DFW area here. My drive too and from work has become an exercise in back-roads, detours and ducking through residential streets, just to get around the lane closures.
I got to admit I liked this video before the advert finished, just so confident I'm gonna like it. This channel is amazing, helping me and my wife through lock down, inspired me to start my vlog
I love how you show don't show Francine anymore. Excellent decision Case and I wish for the children's sake more You tubers would follow your lead. And zip ties have made the world a better place. Never go anywhere without them.
Bloody nora, I was thinking for a week or more now, asking why isn't he showing the kido, because here in the UK you're not allowed to show children in some occasions, I thought it's one of them:)
Yeah... I hear how loud it is... The main reason we moved out of our apartment on 11th and 30th. Used to have the sickest terrace overlooking Hudson Yards. Now it's like a war zone. So... It's CT full time now and just going into the city for work. Kind of nice out here in the country, but almost too quite. When you can't hear the ambulances and firetrucks all night it's kind of scary:)
