Larry has good taste, glad to see one that doesn't look like it crashed into an accessories warehouse. Larry is also obviously a smart guy and knows to get the no lube 5th wheel.
I was reading something really interesting about the W900B: The model number W900B does not mean short hood, it actually relates to the cab. This dates back to the old days of the W900A, and before Kenworth had a long hood option available. The ‘W900B’ was released as a new cab style. The W900L was later released as the long hood model, but what we know as a W900B is actually just a ‘standard’ hood. Apparently, all W900L’s have ‘W900B’ stamped on the door post, because that’s the cab style. Also, the headlights are about 3” higher on a W900B than a W900L. Not sure how true all this is. Would be interesting to get confirmation off an expert 😉. I do love the B’s as much as the L’s!
Hey 👋 Andy from Angola 🇦🇴. I am Fan of Kenworth W900, but not just truck I want with Canadian 🇨🇦 or Australian 🇦🇺 style of BullBar/Grille Guard(AKA Moose Bumper) for Off-roads, but Africa 🌍 is bit bigger than Canada 🇨🇦 (The Big Continent is bigger than Big Country of the 🗺 earth).
Angola. Nice. Andy is getting famous. 😉 We definitely have moose bumpers in Canada. Pretty common for long haul trucks up here. What we do not have, and what you might want, are the snorkels they put on trucks in Australia to help with the dust. (Snow is a bigger problem than dust in Canada.) Canadian trucks have the steering wheel on the left, of course. Aussie trucks on the right.
@@markusmayer7956 I know it, I don’t want a Air Intake or Snorkel. But I want some Kenworth Off-Road trucks with Moose Bumper so that animals like deer 🦌 in Angola 🇦🇴 just like Canada 🇨🇦 of 6 Letters countries because I chooses it, my favourite is Kenworth T680 Next Gen and W900 also C500 too.
Since y’all didn’t want to give away the secret to disable the dangerous adaptive cruise , I sold the pos t680 and got a 07 W9 with a NZ6 . Let the black smoke roll !!
What year was your dangerous ADCC? Never had an issue with my current one (2021). In fact, it's rather amazing. Set the speed and forget it. Mine even works in heavy traffic, making the truck almost self driving. I believe I have the wingman fusion series. I know that the early versions had serious false detection problems. A real PITA.
There is no such thing as an "approximate" price... Every truck is equipped differently for it's application. Something that is unique to trucking (and yachts). But the general range is between 150k to 200k. These trucks are probably around 180k.
