Can you do a RBP with Ben, id love to hear his whole life story, bike accidents, meeting Luke and the progression of their friendship and moving across the world and his sons impact on life
oh god im dying laughing, this episode has firmly cemented Paul as the "best friend anyone could ask for". His quote "I'm sure i did something wrong there too" i couldn't stop laughing. That part of the show was literally it felt like us viewers were sitting in the room with our friends just taking shots at each other and doing what friends do.
Love Justin, he is so humble , I hope when he does get out there people take notice ! The one thing I do know is that he is very smart and calculated. Hoping the best for him because I am a super fan !!!!
Hell yeah guys thank you so much for putting out an episode today it's my birthday and there's nothing better than to have a few whiskey drink and watch an amazing episode of my favorite athlete's and business men 💪💪❤️❤️💯💯
@@FouadAbiad thank you so much I'm your biggest fan bro I Know you hear it a lot but fk all them it's not true lol I am 😂 just kidding bro love you guys and whoever has anything to do with your podcast
Fouad, I have tried every brand of supplements you can imagine for the past 10 plus years and i must commend you on the quality and taste of your supplements. From the cinnamon oatmeal protein to Hosstility watermelon they are by far the best I've ever had. I'm on my 4th Hosstility watermelon container. Lol
Handicap situation legit happened to me 💀 dude in a wheelchair was waiting for me to finish taking a shit in the only handicap stall when there were 10 normal stalls open right next to it so I had to do what I had to do. I faked walking with a limp 😂😂 never again lmaoo
Best of luck with your cycling. I cycle a lot and have done a full Ironman. Just because the race is shorter does not mean it’s easier. Just know the shorter it is the more intense the race will be. It also has nothing to do with strength. I wish you guys the best.
The best part is that fouad always says he’ll cut it out but never does lol Also Paul is literally hilarious. Love that guy. I want him to be my best friend
I had to rewatch that part, cause I was like how did he pronounce that?! LOL. Paul..... it's pronounced like "collar-a" and it's been around hundreds of years haha
The technology think is a tough one. We have a 13 year old girl addicted to her phone and an 11 year old boy addicted to video games. We limit their time and it's the end of the world. It's all they want to do and when we limit it and push physical activity and they push back so hard. Super frustrating
For things like the Justin's transformation would be usefull to know what had make the most difference between the two periods. We all know that Ped's plays a role, but for sure even something else is important. I don't know, but when we, people, see things like that we can think: 1 it's all PEDs, no way he modified anything; 2: there is something i don't know and the first Justin didn't know either and when you get what it is you can undergo similar changes. Thank you guys for the amazing work !
I really really enjoy these retired podcasts because I decided I no longer want to compete as of a few months ago and I started doing my cardio and just finding other interests like yard work and outdoorsy stuff (yes I’m outdoorsy!😂) it’s just perfect timing. Could also be called the retired bodybuilder podcast
Absolutely, hands down, the funniest one yet. The part where Fouad said he would wait outside the stall if he was in a wheelchair nearly made me drive off the road 😭😭
As a relatively new subscriber, I like Paul more and more every time he is on! Very insightful and brings a different viewpoint for me who isn’t as familiar with the fine details of judging at bodybuilding.
This podcast is pure gold!! Every episode feels like I’m hanging out with my friends. Listening to shittalk and laughing. Oh, and Justin is going to be freaking dangerous when he returns to the stage. One of the most beautiful physiques in the game. The symmetry and proportions with more mass and peeled conditioning is going to be dangerous for anyone. Really rooting for him as he seems like an awesome and really genuine guy. You did great getting him on your team Fouad!
You're wrong Fouad! I live in Redding in Northern California and it hits 120 in the summer. San Diego and southern CA hits 100 in summer but it's 70-80 degrees rest of the year. We're dying here in nor cal in summer 😭
Thanks for the RBP code for the ice shaker Fouad got tired of plastic gallons of water lol had to get 2. One for my significant other and one for myself amped to start using them! Thanks again!
