I’ve been watching several of your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! I have a question regarding keeping track of your triggers: if you keep track of what and when you eat and when symptoms appear, how can you be sure of what the actual trigger was? Previously you mentioned that symptoms can appear anywhere from an hour to even 3 days. This is what I struggle with when looking back at my diary. I’m not sure if the bloat is from lunch, snack or dinner. I guess the only real way to test is to eat one meal and wait as long as I can to eat again. Any thoughts?
