To cook chicken strips (nuggets) in the oven:
Chicken fillet - 570 g
Sour cream 20% - 50 g
French mustard beans - 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Garlic - 1 clove
Batter:
Egg - 2 pcs.
Wheat flour
Breadcrumbs - about 100 g
Cheese and garlic sauce:
Processed cheese in plates - 100-150 g
Butter - 10 g
Milk - 100 g
Garlic - 1 clove
Sugar - 1/3 tsp
1. Cut the chicken fillet into long strips. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream, chopped garlic clove, mustard. Mix everything and let marinate for at least 30 minutes. The longer the chicken fillet is marinated, the better.
2. Roll the chicken fillet in flour, then in an egg, then in bread crumbs. Put on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees.
4. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients, let it boil, boil for 1 minute. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
