Why have I never considered this? 🤣 As soon as Keith pointed it out, I was like of course. But I've never thought about putting solid core/insulated doors on entries to the attic until now. Thanks!
Good call. On a home we recently remodeled we had two of these. We used solid core doors, and also fit a piece of rigid foam insulation inside. Those attic spaces can get hot, even when it's not super hot outside.
