I apologize but those are not bathrooms, those are halls,🥲 those bedrooms are smaller/narrow than jail cells 😢 that price is outrageous. It is crazy 😱 that is not a house, that is a Labyrinth.😢 with that kind of money. You can get a luxury apartment with Ocean view 🏝️ Punta, Cana, Puerto Plata or in La Romana ❤ Dominican Republic 🇩🇴

A legtöbb olasz ház egy labirintus. De mindegyiknek megvan a maga bája. Bár ez a ház kifejezetten nagyon drága. Van Calabriába sokkal olcsóbb. Vagy ennyiért jobb beosztású.

@@CalabriaDreaming Calabria is a gem! Beautiful beaches, safe, amazing food, history, culture. We bought a little apartment this summer with views of the sea and historical center for under 50k... This property is beautiful, love the grounds, trees, upgrades and proximity to the sea...but it's definitely priced high in my humble opinion.

The floor tile is ok but really restricts your color pallets. Two of the bedrooms are long and narrow and dictate the bed size. The outdoor space is great as well as the closeness of the beach which is reflected in the price. Marble staircase was beautiful. Nice home but will appeal to a specific taste.
