Totally overpriced! Sorry but, I've found in Calabria beautiful houses just as close to the beach for 38,000. euros. I do like to watch your videos so, I'm not saying that price is your fault but, I think that owner is going to own that place for a long time especially, with all the properties available!

Because you appear to be a home flipper. Buy and sell for profit which is fine. But throughout my research, it is best to purchase an Italian property from an agent who is a born and raised Italian.
