Cutthroat Trout Catch & Cook | 4K | Washington 

Love hearing this Steven! So glad you are enjoying the videos, and that they're inspiring you to record your own adventures. I've been recording my catches for years now, and one day just said, that's it - I'm starting a RU-vid channel! The original expectation was not that it would grow much (as the competition nowadays is ridiculous), but rather it would be an artistic outlet, and a great platform for me to simply store memories, so I could re-live them later. I highly recommend doing it. I still love watching some of the older videos (and cringe at others 🤣), and really see the channel growing surprisingly fast as more of a bonus. I was going to do the videos regardless of channel growth. I use pretty simple equipment for all of my recording. 90% is done with a GoPro and my IPhone X. I'll gladly make a video one of these days on my recording setup, and MAYBE ONE DAY will reveal my underwater camera rig that I've built! For now it's a secret I have to keep from other fishing RU-vidrs 😂 🤣 Tight lines man, and let me know if you ever have any other questions. @@NWFishingSecrets Yes that is a Sea-Run cuttie. In Washington if you use natural bait you have to retain every fish you catch. Please follow that

aaron ortwein what does retaining of a fish mean is that like just keeping it and if so why do you have to keep a fish

@@warmfish5732 It was made a law due to people using corn in a lot of lakes as bait. Fish cannot digest corn and they die if it gets in their belly. We all know that fish usually swallow natural bait and removing the hook can cause damage to their gills and throat. Not my favorite regulation but I follow it

I'm in Puyallup and want to fish a creek so bad, but apparently none around me have fish in them. I've tried with little success the north fork of the snoqalmie above the fall, most of it was too shallow and spent most of my time driving and scoping it out. I dont want to know your honey holes, just a creek name and a semi broad section of it would work so I can find my own area would be sweet. I'm on waguns if you happen to be a member too. In the hunting fishing section I made a squid post the other day. Message me there
