The midsole looks to be the same mold as the adios pro 3. I just received mine in the mail yesterday and looking forward to giving them a try. Lightstrike has always seemed fimer than other companies foams but Im deferring to Adidas on this one assuming they know how to build a good running shoe. :)
Hey Andreas. Lightstrike is firmer when you touch the outside of the midsole a least, and underfoot it feels like that too if you ask me. How did you like it? Lars
I dont know why anyone will buy it, adios 6 or 7 has more lightstrike pro and has almost same price, boston 11 is slightly more expensive but have rods in it.
Hey Aayush Arita. Well, taste is always subjective. But Adizero SL has more stack, more of the longer lasting lightstrike foam, more comfort in the upper and is better suited for daily training. So the adios isn’t better at everything. This is why I actually think this shoe fits the lineup, especially if the Boston keeps its weight. Lars
@@RunningXpert Agree, but don't you think adizero sl is similar to sl20.3 which also has softer lighstrike as compared to its first and second version.
yes they are absolutely similar. the biggest difference I think is the midsole shape (and lightstrike pro insert) that has a lot more of a rocker design. It might be discussed if adidas needed to make both shoes though. Lars
Well, theres me. I did my research that adios 7 wasnt that durable. Some videos on yt shows that theres hole on the upper knit after 50k usage, so for a solid daily trainer in terms of durabilty SL definitely the winner. (Didnt really care about the length of the lightstrike pro, theyre just perfect for me as a forefoot runner on SL)
