This is the nineteenth installment of my build of the CV-6. In this video I am starting the build of the island, or island coning tower. There are a lot of details that will be added to the island, so this is going to be a build in several parts.
Since the weather is getting better, there will be less time for modelling, so it will be longer between the installments than before. Enjoy the weather before the autumn again comes ;-)
The build is based on the Trumpeter 03712 kit with detail up sets from Pontos and KA-models; trying to use the best of both sets.
