Thank you my dear. I took care of my husband with cancer for a year, he lost his insurance, then we both got COVID. I was hospitalized and came home 4 days later to find him passed away. It has been a year and I still feel like I'm in a state of shock. I tried a new job in a new country 10 months later and it was too soon. I have had many physical problems and long COVID. I came home and I stay in our condo most of the time. No one seems to want to know how you are when you're a widow, especially when you're 65. They forget you and it's painful. Thank you for reminding me it's o.k. to grieve and that I've been through trauma.
