こちらの動画や他の動画の情報を参考に、8万キロ目前の1.5ディーゼルのCX-3の燃料フィルター交換を先日実施しました。燃費が若干改善したようです。ディーゼルはガソリン車よりも、メンテナンスに積極的に行っていかないといけないと感じつつ、運転フィールが良いのでそれはそれで耐えられる問題と思っています。

Hello, thank you for this great video. It helped me replace the filter on my GF's CX-3 Diesel. My question is however if you know how to reset the flashing spanner light that comes on every 20000kms? Thank you very much. I know this light is to indicate a fuel filter drain/replace. Thank you.

軽油の場合燃料フィルターはしょっちゅう変えるものですね。200系ハイエースの時は40000kmで替えていました煤見たいな粉で真っ黒でした。カートリッジ式なんで見えました

こんにちは、CX5のフイルターは内部見るのは缶を切らなければいけませんが、意外とフイルター真っ黒なのはびっくりでした。トヨタ系の古い車と共通のフィルタのようですね。ハイエースは交換簡単でしたか？

@@4614ハイエースは簡単ですよ。助手席跳ね上げた所に付いてるし、エアー抜きはシュポシュポするだけです　フィルターも安いし

ただの素人ですが、みんカラ等の先人たちの知恵と、アマゾンのお陰と、下準備によるものですね。以前はR33スカイラインとか、プレリュード最終型、エクストレイルなど、乗っていた車DIYでメンテしてた経験もあるかもですね。と言っても外して付ける、抜いたら足す、くらいしかできませんが。燃料フィルター交換は手間がかかるものの、電動インパクトドリルと、ゴムのフィルターレンチと万力あれば簡単にできますよ〜。

@@4614 近々この動画を参照に燃料フィルター交換の作業を行う予定をしてますが、バッテリー外されてる際にメモリバックアップしてなさそですけど、無しでも特に問題ないですか？一応メモリーキーパーという商品を用意してますが。。バックアップ無しの場合、ハンドル・アクセルペダル等でコマンドマニュアルをすれば良いらしいですけどあまり自信なくて（苦笑）宜しければご教授お願いします。

@@nsatoshi3737 メモリーキーパーというものがあるんですね。あるならつけたほうが色々と設定し直さなくて良いと思いますよ。あとは、バッテリーの再学習はしたほうが良いかもですね。おそらくバッテリー適切に管理してくれるはずです。僕はしませんでしたが笑

What engine is this? I have a Demio 2015 1.5d and the spanner yelllow light is flshing, this video applies for that engine too? Thank

This is CX-5 2012 Diesel. There are multiple causes for the yellow spanner sign. 1.The oil change sign you have set. 2.When the oil is increasing due to fuel dilution. 3.When the amount of oil injected is too large. If the wrench sign is flashing, it is a sign of draining the segmenter every 20,000 kilometers.

I just checked the Japanese car SMS. I think the work is easy. Jack up and remove the six 10mm bolts and nuts on the cover on the left side of the fuel tank vehicle. Turn the drain cap counterclockwise to release fuel. You need to remove the spanner mark after work is done. Certain parts of the fuse box need to be shorted. Have you ever turned off the oil change wrench mark alert on your own?

@@4614 hi, yes I have deleted the spanner wrench when is On full time, but it keeps flashing or blinking. I watched videos of other Mazda models shortening a slot in the fuse box, but I dunno wich one is the correct, because it has a live 12v that I wont short to ground. Also will this procedure need purgeing the fuel system? Thanks for your replies

@@4614 yes trough the LCD onboard head unit. But not on the fuse box. Can you point me out wich fuse gotta be shorted to ground on Mazda Demio 2015 DJ SkyActive 1.5D diesel? thanks in advance

@Indo Perfect I found a maintenance diary for Japanese Demio users. This is written in Japanese so please read it through Google Translate minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/160666/car/1825972/4410390/4/note.aspx#title Here you will find the work procedure and the required genuine part number. The short circuit position of the fuse box is described. Instructions for clearing the flashing wrench mark are also provided. By the way, the CX5 2012 and 2018 models have no fuel filter alerts. :D

アクセラXD 乗ってますが、10万キロ越えたあたりで、ディーラーで燃料フィルターって交換時期は？と聞いたらまだまだ交換しなくて平気と回答が。ディーラーとしてはおいくない作業なのかな？ 15万キロ越えたとこで、もうファンベルト取り替え時ってメカさんに見てもらったら、切れる前はベルトがはだける前兆があるので、ヒビもないからまだ大丈夫といわれ 5000キロちょっとで、いきなり破断まあ仕方ないけど

時間かかるので嫌がられるんでしょうか？フィルターは送料込みで4000円位でした。OBDで燃料フィルター距離カウントリセット等必要ない世代の車ならチャレンジもあり？ですかね。エクストレイル20GTに乗っていましたが12万キロくらいで加速しなくなり、DPFの警告がつくようになりました。ディーラーに持っていくと燃料フィルター交換してないので燃料多く噴射できない状態と言われました。予防的に交換しておけばそういうトラブル未然に防げるかもしれませんよ～。10万キロ越え、そこそこの年数乗っていればベルト交換もやっておいた方がいいんですね！僕も気を付けますね！

@@4614 取り換えるとしたら、純正品にしようと思いますがアマゾンだと同等品が送料込みで￥2200、面倒そうなのもそんなになさそうなので、自分で取り換えようかな？燃料のエアー抜きをどうしようかと、ブレーキのフルード用が使えそうかな。最近は排気ガスの匂いと、高回転域がつまるような感じなので。(もともとって話もあるけど) ディーラーは勧めてくるサービスはコスパ優先ですね。

@@marizo2631 僕が使ってるのは20年前に買ったオイル吸い取りポンプでした。フルード用のものでも使えるかと思います。エクストレイルのとは、DPFの煤警告がでても強制燃焼できなくなるとか、煤が燃やせなくなるようになったと思ったら、セーフモードで回転数上がらなくなるようになってました。バッテリの重さと、燃料ラインが固く張り付いてるので揉んであげるように取るくらいでした、ATストレーナより楽ですね！

@@4614 そういえばうちもわ父親が使ってたオイルの上抜き用ポンプがあったな、良いこと思いださせて下さいました、ありがとうございます。うちも今回4個目のバッテリーに交換しましたが、BOSCHは取っ手がバッテリー本体に付属してたけど、カオスは何故か車載後に取り外すタイプ、重量があるのでなくせないですね。持ちは新車搭載のGSが66000キロBOSCHが２つの平均で48000キロで、2シーズン目の夏の終わりに、きっちり寿命がくるようで、カオスは延長保証つけたので、どうなるか期待も込めて。

@@marizo2631 　こちらはバッテリが今年12月で2年目です。補水を時々していますがどれくらい持つか楽しみです。やはりバッテリは痛むようですね、エクストレイルの時は24万キロで2個でした。

交換した燃料フィルターはコモンレールシステムに合わない燃料フィルターです。濾過効率が少し悪い。このシリーズを使用する場合は、 9:52 AでなはくDと表示してある燃料フィルターを購入し交換した方が良いでしょう。

抵抗というより、濾過効率（燃料中の異物を取れる大きさ）がAよりDの方が良いと言った所でしょうか。具体的な濾過効率の数値は忘れてしまいました。申し訳ない。

Im so Exited to watch this video . But how can I change that filter without use the Pump machine ? Because in the top of the Filter there is no manual filter pump like toyota and any others cars . Thats make me Comfuse. Thank you bro.

Me too. When I watched fuel filter , I looked for hand pump. Mazda didn't mount hand pump .When Cx-5 stop engine by Out of gas , CX 5 leaves fuel in the fuel line to prevent air entrainment . If I change fuel filter without pump machine , I will fill fuel into fuel filter. Perhaps 400-500cc is ok. The engine Blank clanking will reduce. It's hard for me to explain in english .

probably doesn't need a pump as long you fill the filter before installing, as we can see removing the hoses reveals there is no fuel in the lines once engine is off. So filling the filter before installing achieves the same state

Mine leaked water on purchase new radiator then replaced common thing as for filter fill or prime in situ I have a hand primer I can use you connect it to one connector thrn pump til it comes from the other connection hose then reconnect

That's crazy I had same issue also same service no air or fuel filter had car just 12 weeks now had new radiator and 1x Injector may need another injector as the problem still.persists intermittently juddering idle and acceleration it's got warranty so be getting sorted I replaced rear brakes and discs so that's all good and I have a filter to put on which I'll simply prime before it goes on the car
