Probably one of the best personal scenes in PL...really makes you feel like shit for betraying her, as you were the only person she let herself trust since Reed...seeing her memories dissolve in front of you...haunting stuff

⁠⁠@@rexwest4532 The relationship Song has with V is very complicated. Songbird betrays first because she thinks that’s what everybody else would do to her. And it’s not very surprising considering where she’s coming from everybody else who ever offered “help” or “saved her life” made her pay a hefty price for it. Hearing V tell her “You could have told me the truth would have helped you anyways” is a concept she can’t really wrap her head around whilst being betrayed by them is kinda like a self fulfilling prophecy. Yet at the same time she does like and trusts V in her own twisted way. So having V choose Reed over her triggers that big reaction because it cuts off the last string a hope she put in a person.

@@KM-op3xr That's not true tho. Even when you decide to help her she lies to you up until you're one step away from the ship. Don't get me wrong I like so mi a lot but we aren't gonna pretend like she didn't do us dirty.

⁠@@rexwest4532How is it not true? That’s what trust issues and paranoia do to a person there are hundreds of psychological researchers that will support exactly that. And she does like V a lot. Her risking everything in the end just to come clean to them or her going against her cyberpsychosis/corruption to protect them (which is an extremely hard thing to do) in that bunker is best proof for it. She did you dirty but she still puts the power back into your hands in the end allowing to save yourself over her.

1:11 I just love the absence of the other instruments in this track to the ones in Songbird's ending. Really makes you feel the loneliness, sadness, and fear Songbird experiences. I could never not hug her in this ending.

I only listened for 30 seconds and realized that I couldn’t continue. Getting to this ending was difficult for me, morally speaking. And this track reminds me once again of that wrong choice from a moral point of view. Yes, I couldn't help but hug So Mi at the end and not fulfill her last wish. What I said to Myers, I think, is already clear. Such a tragic ending, brings tears to my eyes 😢

With all possible endings... remember, however, that Mr. Blue Eye's has a hand in this too. Morally it is right to save them and send them to the moon, but this is what Mr. Blue Eye wants. As a player, you play SoMi directly into his hands. I really want to believe that it's right to free SoMi and send her to the moon, but sometimes I wonder if it wouldn't be better to let her go at the core and redeem her... This game is really crazy it does to my head and my emotions. I really loves all of these Soundtracks. Thanks

Learning about so mi and how the blackwall slowly erodes her memories was truly heart breaking. But she had the fatal flaw most people do in cyberpunk, she was ambitious, and that always goes sideways, no who it is. And how that slowly lead to her losing everyone. And the apartment that was once a peaceful memory slowly is being taken over by the blackwall. And is nothing but a reminder of what she is now

It reminds me of one song from Asking alexandria "eve" : He'll never know , I'll never tell you deserve you deserve to be free . You have my word damn me to hell , you deserve to know you deserve to be free.
