Hi, do you have any trick to keep the rhythm while cyclic sighing? I often get distracted as I’m not used to meditation and lose the sighing rhythm.

the trick is to keep the exhalation super-long and trying to extend it as long as possible by slowing it down, also you can use a timer to help defining the exact end of the practice so you can try your best in a defined set of time.
