Great tips coach! I made an incline for my squats from a piece of 2x6. It raises my heels about an inch and a half. Really burns the thighs. And easier on my f*&ked up knees. (I also have to wear knee braces whilst I do these!).

Awesome. Thanks Coach. I've been doing the glute bridges one-legged with the left leg extended to focus on my weak right side. Also been pulling the heel in closer to focus on the upper glute. It seems to be working.
