Hey Markus! Such a beautiful trip cycling down from Darjeeling amongst the wonderful cool tall trees and tea plantations. It reminded me very much of my trip to Nainital - also straddling the Himalayas and similar elevation, and also of the tea plantations and forests in Thekkady, Kerala. Only thing I was sad about was the Darjeeling zoo - those poor animals - again, Nainital has a similar 'zoo' ... :( .. otherwise I loved your update as always and like to rewatch your vids to get even more peace, joy and inspiration!!! Thanks Markus as always :)
Thanks Jo. Yes it is a bit appalling that Zoos like these still exist and people still support them. Plenty of room for improvement. Thanks again for the kind words.
