Cycling Mexico's Baja Sur // A Bike Touring Short Film // Part 19 - Baja California Sur, Mexico 

I did Baja last week, 940 miles on my folding Brompton bike. 13 days. You dont have to stink. I carried rinseless shower towlettes and they are a game changer. Very inexpensive too. Available at REI. I saw a few tour bicyclists and every time it seemed they carriwd everything but the kitchen sink Baja is awesome and its not like youre going to the moon. There is food and water everywhere. I learned so much. I brought 8 packets of ready to eat freeze dried food and a few packs of dried fruit. Well, I only used one of the ready to eat meals in the entire trip from California to Cabo San Lucas. ...I am going to repeat this trip again next year and leaving the food and cooking gear at home. No need. It was amazing.

I am enjoying the trips while right now In Oregon state where I live on the upper left area near Portland Oregon it quite cold and windy, and you guys are bringing some sunshine and excellent visual where you are travelling. it seems to me you just biked trough Baja missing all the worthwhile sightseeing, Near Guerrero Negro there are huge salt mines, and close by whale watching, San Ignacio is an oasis in the middle of the desert, there are some awesome beaches like Playa requesón where there are no hotels, Ligui is a small fisherman's village and just before La Paz is the Saguaro forest

Ciao Louisa, don't you have problems with you're back ore hips? I see when you are cycling that you're hips are moving, thats a probely a sign that you're saddle is a little bit to high

How many day's did it took you to ride Baja north to south? 😃

I,ve noticed Louisa gose side to side while pedeling her seat is to high, her leg is completely straight at the lowest pedal. Stroke. She should drop the seat down she looks uncomfortable.

😂 the road is fenced to prevent livestock or other big animals from crossing the road, no private property issues, you can crawl under the wire and have your partner hand over the bikes if there is a nice camping spot
