Cyclist Clashes with Van Driver 

Cyclist believes he's been tailgated and that the van driver is revving his engine to show anger, but van driver says not true. As the cyclist moves away he's told not to jump the lights.... that's when things get heated.
Driver is froma company called Catercall, I did not report the guy cause tailgating or revving your engine is not an offense as far as I know.
