Follow along as I replace a valve guide on a Honda CT70 Z50 S70 XL70 CL70 ATC70 style cylinder head. Pretty straight forward as long as you have the proper tools for these guides.

What angle valve seat cutter(s) do you use to cut the seats?

Hi - Use Neway Cutters out of Michigan. Honda 3 angles are 45, 32, 60. Give them a call and they can get you the right cutters and kit.

You only want to heat the valve guide area not the whole head. You probably cooked the other valve guides seal and expanded that area as well in the process.

At 250 thats not far from abnormal temps while running the whole head would see anyways. Its fine the way he did it.

Dude it's evident you don't do this much ! And you don't even explain why guide guide failed!and why ? Or show how to assemble? I ALSO noticed that you cut yourself on sharp machining edges from factory,and didn't show your noviceness,sorry man matey you should make a video of how many times you fell as a child 🧒
