Cyn's Voice [Murder Drones] 

So as you may know I voice Cyn/Absolute Solver in Murder Drones by Glitch Productions! (very cool, go watch) And alot of people didn't actually knew she had a voice actor, and rather people thought she had an AI voice! So I put this together to compare the RAW files vs the final edits in the actual episode :) Tee hee, they made my voice higher

The fact that basically the only difference is a slight wobble in Cyn's voice is crazy impressive

It is very surprising to me that Cyn was not voiced by a vocaloid. Considering the very GLaDOS-like diction and delivery, one would assume computer production.

you absolutely killed it as Cyn I genuinely believed that she had an A.I. voice. Just goes to show how you absolutely nailed the robotic voice.

Knowing cyn’s voice isn’t an AI surprised me more than it should

Now I see that even without the edit your voice sounds so accurate like there is not even an edit needed for it well done with Cyn's voice Fitzy.... I am terrified of her.

Glad that she has an actual voice actor. It's nice when this kind of artistry goes to a voice actor who knows what they're doing, and not just pushed off onto AI.

You killed it as Cyn, to think a robot who states her emotions/expressions would be quite terrifying when pushed to the edge. I can't wait to see more of her!

What an amazing thing to hear. Putting so much "soul" into a natural voice it becomes an authentic robotic voice. Beautiful. It almost sounds ironic in an way. Beautifuly ironic.

I'm not really surprised with Cyn to have a voice actor because Glados from Portals was voiced by a human voice actor so it's not really too far-fetched.

The whole time I thought Cyn/Absolute Solver was voiced by a text-to-speech software, but no, she was voiced by a real actress that literally *NAILED IT* with doing a text-to-speech sounding voice! I'm very impressed by this!

Thats the magic of VA! Sometimes the voices are so believable and accurate to where you generally think its one thing but turns out its the other thing. Like people and myself thinking that Cyn is voiced by an actual AI but turns out Fitzy was the voice behind the character! (Like seriously, that is a super accurate mimic of an AI voice!)

I really love how even with it being the raw unedited lines, you still sound robotic. You are immensely talented!

When the only additions were a pitch change(and a very slight one at that), some reverb, and a bit of wobble, you know you have a knack for voice acting. I would say the raw cut sounded MORE like an actual text to speech robot than the final cut, which is only mildly terrifying.

I knew that voice was too consistent to be AI generated! Fabulous work, 12/10 well done.

the pure amazement i have for this voice, the amount of practice and patience to sound somewhat similar to a robot for Cyn rather than using an ai voice is just absolutely astonishing to me!! the cracks in the voice, the change of pitch and tone is just so fantastic?! also to add on i love the way her voice reminds me of Glados from portals:)

It's actually impressive how you did most of the work for the "robotic voice" intonation, few tweaks were needed in the final edits. I remember Ellen McLain explained that for the voice of GLaDOS, that part was handled by several filters in post prod. She mostly had to keep her voice steady (not to downplay her performance, obviously).

That's some skill Right there, it sounds like an A.I. but that just shows how amazing you're talent is. God-tier voice acting right here

This reminds me of when I discovered Scott Adsit's voice was barely edited for Baymax in Big Hero 6 in the best way possible. I always figured it was a human VA because of GLaDoS and Baymax, so what really impresses me is how you still replicated the robotic echo in just your regular voice with the edit just adding in some extra effects to sound even more robotic. Heck, just your raw voice would have still worked perfectly and that goes to show what an amazing job you did with Cyn!

That is some GREAT voicework! And its cool how, other than room effects such as echoing, the only edits needed were almost unnoticeable! Very good mixture of an original character and a pre-existing one! *cough cough* GLaDOS *cough cough*

You saying "Sheepish Nod" sounds like you could get away with saying the word "Nod" through your teeth to kinda get the same robotic effect as the edit. As a beginner VA, I love listening to these before and after takes, and it amazes me that even without the edits, you made Cyn sound like a generic robot with enough emotion to say she wasn't souless.

Just wow, super impressed with how awesome and "real" the raw voice lines are. I am also one of those who thought that they used an AI voice for Cyn lol. But can you blame the people when you can sound like this? What could be better insurance for your skills than fooling numerous people? That's true talent, and hard work on full display. I am really hoping to hear your voice again in the future.

Great voice acting. Though when I saw the end, I was like, “AI cannot produce the tone when she asked N if she was unwanted.”

I am surprised, or my headphones are not good enough to let me notice, that there is not a lot editing done to your voice in those early episodes, but though you didn't show them together I can now definitely hear how much more editing went into your voice lines for the latter half of the show, especially 7 and 8 which weren't released until after this video but still, interesting to hear how they went from moderately little editing to more heavily trying to turn you into full GlaDOS sounding later on XD Very good work I enjoyed every moment your voice was on the Audio Channels hmhmhm
