We don't care if there's an LGBTQ character AS LONG AS THEY ARE GOOD CHARACTERS. If they have a deep and interesting backstory we're fine with it. We don't like diverse characters when they're tokens and their whole personality is their diversity. If your entire character, backstory, and relevance is "I am a black gay man and that's all I am, and I'm perfect because of it" we're going to hate it.
