I'm very curious, is there any benefit of the 24" barrel over the 18" as 18" seems more of a standard length. Does the 22LR bullet loose a lot of velocity on a 24" over an 18" / have you measured that?
@@philbiagi721 Yes, 24" with a Bushnell Match Pro 6-24X50 30mm tube scope. Usually I shoot it at 16 power. I use a Magpul bipod, and rear sandbags. So Far: Federal Gold Medal Match, Federal Gold Medal Target, Eley Club, Eley Action, SK Semi-auto, SK Rifle Match, Wolf Match Extra, and Agulia Rifle Match Competition. It is very forgiving and likes just about all "match" grade ammo. I can't afford to shoot the $20 a box stuff, but I get one hole with all the ammo I listed which are in the $7.00 - 8.00 range.
@@rapidrrobert4333 I really like that rifle alot and think I may need one, very nice looking and if it shoots like yours I would be very happy with it. Do you feel the 24" barrel is critical for your accuracy? Thanks again.
@@philbiagi721 I'm not sure on bbl length, my friend has a Voodoo with a bbl around 18 inches, and shoots even better than my CZ. But ... his cost twice as much and only shoots 5% better.
This is a CZ in a all aluminum chassis vs the Ruger that is plastic fantastic... two different classes of rifle at two different price points. A better comparison would be something like this vs the B14R .
