This is part 2 of a test to find out if chassis bedding improves accuracy over the same non bedded chassis. This was a experiment to qualify the amount of contact necessary between action and chassis in a rimfire application. From my observations it appears that no measurable increase in accuracy was attained. Further testing will be performed to find the optimum torque settings for the action screws now that the chassis and action are well mated and supported. A second video detailing the bedding process will be forthcoming as a guide for those willing to further test for the possible accuracy improvements through improved process or other chassis configurations.
