@Imurge no, they also have to create plays and know when to sub in a player, which Ham doesn't know how to do. For example, he let the players make the final play in this game and he also gives too many minutes to Taurean Prince that always spams corner 3s

I like Darvin Ham asking his players and involving them in the decision making everyone’s input is valuable information they are the one’s out there after all. Small military teams do the same thing there’s a goal you have to achieve during the mission and they collectively make the plan to achieve it, It’s not just the highest ranking officer barking orders.
