Low temp you usually need to pull a vacuum. Any time you open up a system you should pull vacuum, this particular case had valves in the case so it was a quick evacuation. I cannot say that I have never done a quick purge and merge DRC method of reassembly of the valve. Sometimes valves are not holding somewhere in the system and there is always a slight positive pressure blowing by the valve during disassembly which I consider no air introduction into the system. Hence purge and merge. Always take into consideration of existing conditions.
Use your your senses first Vision, is there frost on the pipe leaving the TXV? Touch, feel the valve for temperature differential. Hearing, listen - is the valve whistling, low charge? Smell, can you smell refrigerant? Senses will get the obvious and use meters and gauges for verifying your god given senses. Cheers!
Sir, we have turned on contractors by doing this, after that the contractor turns off, after that we put the charging line on the section, then its pressure goes to vacuum and the discharge pressure is 200 stand nor forward or backward.
I think that freezer have refrigerant leaking problem.therefor got moisture through the leaking point. maybe TXV clogged by moisture freeze up and refrigerant got high friction through the TXV. maybe moisture was not enough to make 100% clogged the TXV. if TXV got 100% clogged, and then freezer food will be melting and freezing and melting.
everytime that happens, just a suggestion, put a sight glass inside that case and write with paint marker "furthest case from rack" as it tends to be the futhest case from the rack. I also make sure if the case isnt feeding, close maybe half or 3/4 liquid ball valves (if not a loop system) then you can see if the temp drops and fixer quicker. Thanks for the video
normalement le bulbe du detendeur doit etre isole thermiquement pou r donner la valeur reelle de la temperature de la tuyauterie d asoiration , sinon , une bonne video
