It's so weird cuz I was thinking about D.Woods and how Danity Kane could have thrived had they been more organized. D. Woods was essentially the mascot for Danity Kane. Everything the group represented, she was. When you get to Welcome to the Dollhouse, especially Bad Girl, her styling choices are vastly different from the other members. By Kpop standards, she would be the concept visual. This is more apparent in Bad Girl. While the other girls are styled normally and then transform into their alter egos, D.Woods is the only one to not only transform into a look that was already established in Damaged, but the only one to have a nod at a former look from the previous album.
I honestly feel bad for D the DK fans are always so quick to brush her aside and for what Drama they don't even really know the origin of or if the facts they got about it were even true i don't think the fans realize how much they were really putting the girls against each other constantly trying to lift one member up over the other
D.woods was always my favorite member of DK. I just think when she went solo her sound was too similar to the sound of her ex groups music. Which made it hard to recognize her as a solo act. Just my opinion.
D woods has hit just as many sour notes performing live as ciara has. Not to mention there is absolutely NO ONE touching ciara in the dance department.. just my opinion.

I checked her socials n all is so thriving n awesome. I hope she TikToks her singing n epic dancing for either fun or influencer stuff if she isn't aready doing influencer stuff on her IG; it seems all grass roots n str8 up OG formats of entertainment. I say this because she be singing a lot in clips in this video, and to have that on TikTiok would be golden; plus you can do a Duo n have others sing with you; you know HOW IT IS TODAY with all socials n apps. Even this app called Smule omg she would SLAY on that. It's beyond epic she independently did all these solo projects pre-Instagram n TikTok world, but damn I hope she takes it into consideration someday. Sure she busy with these projects; like pretty much a Tony Award bound; but new fans LOVE Icons n such n people not even born when Danity Kane was out will love her extended socials too. Even if she says no to it at first, somedays no's turns to yes's. TikTok needs D.Woods singin on yet another platform.
The only songs by D.Woods I like is Goldmine & (Keep Calm) dance to this on a good day. Her tone really reminds me a Keri Hilson. She definitely makes Ciara B side songs and I haven’t heard anything impressive from her in a while. I thought she was gonna really pop off and give us a taste of her in project girls club but I was mistaken. I’m still rooting for her. I’m waiting for her to really breakthrough creatively with a banging studio album. Though I question her musicality her voice is strong.
I agree D is great she just needs the right team. She said years ago in an interview that she was trying to work with Bryan Michael Cox but they kept missing each other. I think she needs a super producer like that.

Out of all of Diddy's groups; this one seems to stand out a lot. So many came out at the same time yet Danity Kane REMINDED people he can start mainstream famous artists n groups, like how he did way back in the day. Danity Kane LITERALLY are ALL STILL very driven through VERY various career endeavors. Aubrey is outta the USA and living her best life, and you feel her passion. You also feel the showbiz passions with indie artist Dawn, multi talented and production owner D.Woods; children's book app co-founder Shannon; Latin TV production n host Andrea; and few of them have college degrees they earned WAY before Making the Band ever aired. Diddy aka now named "LOVE" was an excellent host at the 2022 Billboard Music Awards in Vegas; plus countless of projects as always; a private dinner I hope happens someday. They're all driven n busy NOW and can talk it out. For closure is better than fans begging for a reunion that seems like it's not a thing whatsoever. Glad they had reunion tours on their own, and Diddy said in the press he was proud of them, but positive news ain't always out therwhat ie as much as drama lol all tea no shade, is it is, and somebody's gotta eat, it's just tough when it's about you though. As for Diddy though I feel it's a perfect time. He even seems like a different person too. I have faith they'll have full transparency; agree to disagree more; and full on closure on such a iconic moment that was Danity Kane that STILL is iconic; and inspires many via group or solo.
Aundrea does TV now? and it’s worthy to know another one of his groups Day26 is still going strong too. They celebrated their 10th anniversary in 2017 & their 15th this year and are currently on one of the biggest tours in the last 5 years, have released 2 EP’s independently and have new music on the way
