Yoshinori Koguchi is my all time favorite drifter. I saw him in 2006, I think, in Texas at some drift events. He goes all-in every time. The 180sx/240sx in his hands are wielded like a surgeon with a scalpel. He is so precise even when he looks completely out of control. My favorite design of his was his blue Falken drift car.

got to admit this guy went proper out on this car.... well done... first homage that is i consider very very unique... now this is what its all about, not proving you can have 1000hp and a kit that no one has but doesnt flow well... this is what its all about.

This car is perfect! The timeframe aligns exactly with myself getting into S-Chassis. Ikeya Formula stuff was always super expensive and sought after on YAJ, id love some of their stuff for my build. Great build man. Thanks for the vid Larry

Loved this video 👏🏼 - This man deserves to be in the light more often, gotta love how humble he is with such a beautiful yet unique build. Matter of fact…. When I hear the word “build”, this is exactly what I’d imagine. Again, loved the content, better yet seeing one of our pnw locals in the spot light! Much deserving.

Didn’t know there is a person who knows Mr.Koguchi in the US. When he was competing D1 Grand Prix, I started drifting (with FC3S)in SoCal back in early 90s. At that time no one around me did drifting as you can imagine.

Love this! I keep seeing videos of you in my neighborhood... Over in Everett, the video with Forest's mechanic is in the same business complex as my favorite food spot, "Philly ya belly".
