On the adjuster knob, i normally run anywhere from 4-5.5 depending on the terrain. This place has a lot of random rocks and roots so i ran it on the stiffer side. Those numbers could be different tho depending on how new/worn out the damper is
The new gopros have a setting for a larger FOV which makes footage look faster than older gopro footage. I use the setting to make the chest mount more watchable but also think it makes the speed look closer to real life. Older footage always made it look slower than it actually was. 🤷🏻♂️
