The whole family is gorgeous but Sacagawea is gorgeous! She is the cutest...... Jerusalem is such a great uncle and older brother to his siblings! They are all very lucky to have each other. I've had 2 vitrectomies myself for retinal detachments. Not exactly the same but I've had that gas bubble in my eye. I currently have silicone oil in my eye and no usable vision. Praying for a speedy and full recovery!
