Dad reacts to V of BTS: Tiny Desk Korea- for FIRST TIME (Nobody Warned Me!) 

One of my favorite things about Tae is that he is so unapologetically himself. I mean the man was filmed dancing in a jazz (?) club by himself, surrounded by people in their 40's and older. Tae is what my mom called an old soul.

V is the king of live singing 🔥👑💚The fact that Tae didn't make this all about him and made sure the artists around him shone as well just makes me love him more. Tae is for the music, not the glory. What a total gem this young man is.

It is this performance that made my mom an Army 😊 She instantly fell in love with V’s beautiful voice, and from then on, V became her bias 🥰 She’s down the rabbit hole with me now 💜

A lot of idols can't sing live and their voices are embarrassing, but Taehyung V has the best, most beautiful, and strongest voice. Не kills everyone. He's also a dancer and the king of fancams. He has the most viewed fancams in the history of K-Pop and also the most famous. He's a producer, model, and actor, and he can do... Everything....🔥👑👌

Introduced my adult daughter to BTS just as the solos were debuting. I played Slow Dancing for her and her jaw dropped. “WHO IS THAT? WHAT? THAT’S VEEEE?!?!?! THIS ISN’T KPOP!!!!” I told her they haven’t been kpop for a long time. They are pop, hip hop, jazz, R&B, Latin, rap, EDM, funk, disco, alternative rock, you can’t predict what’s next. Made my day. She was a fan especially of the dancing. Then the music. Then the personalities. But it’s the solos that has shocked her into the deep dive to really understand the music, writing, it all. Good work, Tae, she’s hooked.

I feel like this universe loves taehyung so much to the point it made sure taehyung to always get surround by people who adores him loves him, wherever taehyung goes or with whomever he'll work everyone can't help but fell in love with his presence 😭

Taehyung's relationship with his entire team (actors, dancers, the band, the staff) left me even more in love with that beautiful man🥹❤️ It's so cute to see him interact with everyone so naturally and so close. The work environment stops being work with him around, Taehyung makes people feel comfortable with him. He's someone so warm, with so much charisma, that his joy and enthusiasm is contagious, it's impossible not to adore him, not to smile when you see him happy, know someone like him or more precisely him is to win in life. More than co-workers, they end up becoming a beautiful family, who welcomed Taehyung and made him feel free, he enjoyed working with them so much that it comes across the screen. I can only thank the entire team who was with him for treating Taehyung with respect and affection, the result of that was seeing him with a beautiful smile in each behind-the-scenes video, sharing moments with the team, having a good time, and creating beautiful memories 🥹❤️

I’ll say it again, Tae is the Marvin Gaye of the 21st century. His voice is so sensual, like velvet to your ears, and he is a genius in knowing what music best highlights that. It’s no wonder he was chosen to be the hidden member as Bang Si Hyuk knew which member was so special he would stand out immediately. Borahae 💜💜💜💜💜💜😂

The song that you remember is "Get You" by Daniel Caesar, which is one of V's favorite artists (and mine as well). I really love this type of music, as it's made for the soul and not just for the ears. That's actually the reason why I started to listen to V. I'm not a fan of K-pop music or commercial music in general (it's just not my style), but since I discovered V's music, I started following BTS. V is my favorite member for so many reasons, but mainly because of his endearing way of expressing emotions through well-crafted yet heartfelt songs. Borahae 💜

V's voice is very unique, smooth, smokey in one. Even the Irish Vocal Teacher (who was in The Rise Of Bangtan eps. 5) fell in love hearing V's soulful voice, I also really like his voice and soul plus the live band that V really likes... this is really his style and his album so art AMAZING 💜💜

When my sister told me she was ARMY I teased her (we’re in our early 40’s) But I went to the Yet to Come cinema screening cos she didn’t want to go alone (she secretly wanted me to get into this Purple life) Tae was who got me hooked. Immediately. His voice, his look. I am obsessed with this album. There are MVs for each song. The album is meant to be listen to in order. V is very visual so the MVs are stunning. And his acting!!!! You also have to react to the live version of his song Stigma. It showcases his falsetto and his power. When it came out, Army was blown away.

Love,love Slow Dancing & Rainey Days, these are my favorite even though I love all of the album. This is his type of music, his voice was made for blues & jazz. And I'm thankful that it was bc blues & jazz is from the heart of the South. When I heard Tae is doing a tiny desk concert, oh yes I was so happy. And again I‘ve cried during „For us“. I was amazed by his voice from the start in 2016 … love from Berlin (and age doesn‘t matter.. soon to be 53 yrs old ARMY… )
