I don't think he's ever gotten over his wife's dead. Many men get very lonely when their wife die because she maintained the social side. Remembered birthdays, Christmas.. Men don't talk about loneliness like women and unfortunately many commit suicide. I hope the family will support him. Help him move on.

Sick people often have little tolerance for oxygen delivery by face mask and find a simple nasal cannula much easier to deal with. Since you can get both low and high flow nasal cannulas, I think these should be the method of choice.

It’s because they seldom get high temperatures like that. However, with global warming, this type of incident will happen more frequently. They need to prepare for that & install air conditioning in all the hospitals.

All right, I have to be honest: the tragic backstories of the patients are getting to be too much. In past seasons, it was every once in a while, but now, every patient has some terrible story about losing a family member, and it gets dull and repetitive. How does the show find these people? "Hey, I'm the producer, has anyone here lost a family member in a tragic accident or illness?". The medical drama and the present families should be enough to carry the show. These tragic stories are just too much at this point.

Richard about yanked my heart out. He was really suffering the loss of his wife. I always wanted to have someone I could spend my days with that loved me that much, but I sadly chose the wrong man. Yet he chose right and he has to suffer for it. Pauline is so beautiful, and lucky to actually be alive much less be barely injured.
