PLOT:
Bellarys Targaryen is the first daughter of King Viserys I, older sister of Rhaenyra and other children of Alicent.
Daemon is Viserys' younger brother and, when he returns to court after a war, he finds Bellarys again.
The two flee to King's Landing and end up kissing, which is forbidden, because they are unable to stop the fire of passion.
Viserys goes mad with rage over the scandal, but Daemon has the solution: a Valyrian wedding.
Bellarys does not regret loving Daemon but she did not want to disappoint her father or sister, Viserys then realizes that she has a dragon soul and that it is she who must become the first Queen of the Seven Kingdoms.
The Princess and Daemon get married, for a while they are happy but Viserys falls ill and at court problems begin with the Greens (who would like to usurp her from the future throne). This leads the lovers to quarrel, because she feels lonely.
At court a Valyrion accuses the Targaryens of being loyal to the Greens and publicly insults Princess Bellarys.
Daemon kills him and that changes everything for her, she finally sees the love and power that unites them. At least until Viserys dies and war becomes inevitable, she is usurped from the throne and assassins are sent to kill her and her entire family.
A dragon's rage is dangerous and no one is able to escape it, because she is willing to burn the world for justice and to become Queen.
