Daffodil Express 2023 | Steam Incorporated 

On Sunday 10th September 2023, Steam Incorporated ventured to the Wairarapa with the Daffodil Express hauled by Ja 1271 and DA 1410 and 1431. At Carterton, passengers disembarked the train to either go picking daffodils, or go to the street fair as new passengers board the train for the short run up to Masterton and return back. Then pick up the passengers that disembarked at Carterton and take them back towards Wellington.
