Nice! I live about 30 minutes south of the Ocoee in Georgia. We would make it up to Tremont and the Little often. Not too bad of a drive for a day trip.
They are hella fun but I liked and had more fun in the Medium scorch. Haven't tried the scorch x cause at first I thought it was like a extra large boat. When in reality it's about same size as the medium but longer I'm not sure. But it's fun nose stalling into stern squirts.
Ran Sinks-Elbow once at 4' and felt like my hair was on fire the whole run. It was definitely outside my comfort zone. You made it look so easy. I'll pass on the high water but love 2.7-3.0'ish.
Wade, Wade, Wade… I’ve been following (and enjoying) your channel for quite some time and rarely comment but I hate to say this. I can’t believe you fooled me with click bait and call that “micro creeking”. You’re better than that man. I suggest you check out Ferraro’s 1st d of Rock Creek for the real definition… Just messin with you man, your channel’s one of my favorites! Keep up the good work and Merry Christmas to you!
yeah that's elbow rapid and its actually pretty chill if you just blaze down through it on the left at that level catching the eddy for sure makes it harder
@@WadeHarrison Yeah seemed to come alive on those runs! We’re you in the medium? I’m at 185lbs thinking the medium would be plenty big enough with all that volume!
Do You enjoy the code more then the medium scorch and scorch x? And between the scorch med and scorch x which is your favorite? Sorry about the long questions.
It really depends on where im paddling if its steep and rocky the code is beast going over and rock flare boofs if its big and flowing with big holes the scorch it the boat to have I really like both a lot
the scorch is not really designed for that trust me we have a lot of great choices out there if your paddling bigger volume stuff go scorch if you more of a mix go Code but both seem to handle big water and creeking pretty good
