Aerobatic flying started in the barn-storming days in the 1920s and 1930s at airshows where pilots would show off what airplanes were capable of. Today, aerobatics has grown into a worldwide sport with teams, competitions, and world-class athletes.
To make this episode even better, we'll talk and fly with pilot, coach, and aerobatic world championship competitor Dagmar Kress. We'll take a closer look at the Extra NG aerobatic plane, and go for a flight with air-to-air footage filmed from the WWII-era Beechcraft T-34 Mentor.
