DJ Dagoth honestly I think this channel does the meme the best. It’s the perfect mix of lore knowledge, irreverence, and fancy English. So keep up the great work
Definitely the most well spoken of the channels I've seen. The other ones come off as either stupid with bad grammar or trying to hard to fit in fancy English. This channel seems to have perfected it
Dagoth may not like the khajiit, but I think he secretly appreciates their involvement in creating skooma, they supplied the moon sugar and the dunmer added the nightshade, no one wants to admit it, but it was a team effort
This made my eyes adjust and finally stare at Dagoths mask, and see it not as a disturbing dream (if you know you know) but as a dunmer with his third eye solidly open upon his face. "BY THE ANUS OF NEREVAR"
That's understandable I mean it's been over 18 years since he was first introduced in a game back in 2003 you know that's pretty much an entire generation gone by
Before all the Dagoth Ur stuff, my favorite Elder Scrolls channel had lots of fighting, mostly guards fighting other people and other guards. Oblivion guards are so hilarious when they're fighting each other, whilst screaming 'You dare oppose the might of the Imperial Legion." or "Why won't you die?!?"
Now this is fantastic. Honestly, I have no idea how watching Sethzentach for me here but I’m glad it did. You’ve got a long haul fan here djdagoth. Keep it up.
We need Dagoth Ur to react to this Dagoth Ur reacts to Dagoth Ur discusses A.I Dagoth Ur memes. And then we need a response video of Dagoth Ur to that!
Real talk, I never got far enough into Morrowind to get past level 10, but damn am I excited to try again and get to know and compare the canon Lord Dagoth to this one specifically
Your material is pretty great, but I feel like you failed to mention the awesome fake Joe Rogan interviews of Dagoth Ur. Some of them are pretty spectacular; i.e. the enchanted Steel discussion mirroring 9-11 conspiracy! Hilarious! Almost a better version of Joe Rogan himself! Honestly, one of the type of AI interview I'd like to see would be an interview of certain Fallout universe NPC companions in regards to the actions of the Lone Survivor/whatever. I really want someone to have Preston Garvey and reviewed after the Lone Survivor betrays the Minutemen for the Nuka World DLC Raider expansion questline! I want to hear that whining man-boy cry about his Sandy vulva! Or maybe interview the ghoulified version of Moira Brown after the protagonist flips the switch on the nuke in the center of Megaton! Lots of great possibilities!
I just hopeful, if they really go to the land of hammerfell, that they do us a freaking solid, and allow at least the superior races to be able to jump! Meaning the Redguard and the Dark Elves! We all know White "Nord" Men Can't Jump, but that shouldn't hold the rest of us back!
I think it would have been more funny if he said "...they say 'Morrowind is the greatest and all the other games suck and you suck for liking them.' and while that is true because of my divine presence, you don't need to take them seriously..."
5:48 so in that case I think as a community we should keep using this meme something that will forever in the memes section of the elder scrolls for future generations to enjoy and just bassi my turn it into a sort of well known artifact
I wish Dagoth coukd spread his teachings to the Fallout fanbase. I swear it is nothing but divisive toxicity where, if you dont shit on certain games, you're not a true fan.
I would like to see Dagoth discuss Reman or the Akaviri 🤔 actually after trying Morrowind for the first time last week i noticed. The last 3 heros of the era have not only been Outlanders but also based out of Cyrodill. Nerevar on a ship from Cyrodill, LDB on border from Cyrodill, and Hero of Kevatch is literally in Cyrodill....whats Hammerfells excuse gonna be i wonder lmao
The horse-thief that was caught in Cyrodiil along with the LDB somehow survived due to a "dragon break" and successfully stole a horse and rode to Hammerfell.
As someone who has never played a TES game (knowing just enough to believe Morrowind is best TES, but also knowing my basic bitch-ass would probably only be able to struggle through Skyrim - probably as a stealth-archer lawl), I'm here for the lore and I love every bit that I manage to glean from watching channels like this one and PatricianTV's glorious time-eaters. Oh, can't forget to shout-out Warlockracy for giving me my love of Morrowind specifically - and especially his wonderful tours of Tamriel Rebuilt/Project Tamriel. I'm certainly no expert, I'm always learning new things - but I will say that even though I haven't played the games, my impression of the TES community - from the folks tirelessly working on incredible expansions to a decades-old game to the folks tirelessly working on an incredible encyclopedia of all things TES - that it seems to be a very welcoming and non-toxic community. Like I have a feeling if I said "You know I only just found out about Maormer", instead of derision I'd probably be inundated with related facts and lore to look into. (Yes that is a subtle invitation to school me on more cool stuff I might not know if I'm only just finding out about Maormer - here I thought I had all the Mer races down pat. Silly me! What a grand and intoxicating innocence, one might say.) I do want to play the games someday - at the very least Morrowind since I'm such a slut for that entry and especially knowing about all the high-quality expansions made by aforementioned incredibly dedicated community. Anyway, I guess I just wanted to chim-in and cosign on Dagoth's comments, from the perspective of a relative outsider (because I haven't actually played the games) - a lore groupie, if you will. Now to rewatch Part One of Private Sessions' Skyrim video while I cook up some miso ramen soup. By the way, does anyone else think about kwama eggs kinda like the krabby patty? Like you know you'll never find out how good they actually are and it kinda really sucks? Lawl.
what if todd learned his lesson? Noooooo definitely not gonna be any better than Skyrim, Oblivion, Morrowind, or Daggerfall (daggerfall is underrated in my opinion cus naked character and you can do whatever.)
TES 6 will never happen. Microsoft doesn't buy companies to prolong their legacy, they buy them to take out the competition. I'm surprised Star Field wasn't cancelled, then gain neither was KI3, but as you can attest to, nothing more ever came out from Rare, so it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you TES6 is frozen in limbo for good. And for anyone with hope still that it is not so, I can only say; What a grand and intoxicating innocence.
LOL the way things are I dont buy any games until they are out for a few weeks, its ridiculous, the only game I have enjoyed lately is Hogwarts and it only a good game not stellar, if TES 6 or GTA 6 is actually good I will be overjoyed.
Funny that i just bougth skyrim for the first time for my ps3 with the dlcs and promotional material for elder scrolls online.....even i that knew shit about elder scrolls knew about theshitty ness of the online one.
